Sony's upcoming flagship, Xperia Z1 a.k.a. Honami, has had its fare share of leaks and rumors. About a week ago, it was even spot in the wild right next to an iPhone 5. According to previous rumors, the phone is supposed to be unveiled by Sony on September 4 and this information seems to be true after all as Sony has just teased of an event with the power button of a phone whose wait is "not long now". And Sony has got our heart pounding!

The Sony Xperia Z1, fondly known as Honami, is expected to have a 5" 1080p screen, Snapdragon 800 process, 2 GB RAM, Adrena 330 GPU, IP57 certified water and dust proof, and, its most touted feature, a 20.7 MP Sensor camera with Sony-G lens and BIONZ image processor.
Only a few days are left before Sony announces their "next big thing" and let's hope it keeps up the expectations tech enthusiasts and Sony fans have.
